Our crew led by EJ, first sealed the vents, next they installed the 20mil Cleanspace liner. Lastly, they installed the Sanidry Sedona and Condensate Pump.

Derek found that Felecia's issues were caused by the earth's ground, that allows moisture content to enter the crawl space that was causing her problems.

By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we seal the crawl space from the earth's ground that allows moisture to enter into the home via the crawl space. We also sealed the vents along with add a dehumidifier and a sump pump.
