A vapor barrier is one of the most cost-effective ways to improve your home and prevent future moisture, mold, and structural problems in your crawl space.
The EverLast door was installed to replace this customer's deteriorating crawl space door, preventing moisture and pests from entering.
A concrete slab in this customers garage sunk about 2 inches and caused a large crack to form on the floor. To lift and level the concrete we used our PolyLevel Injection Solution and to seal the crack, our NexuPro Crack Repair Solution.
Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was permanently fastened to the basement concrete block wall to prevent water from seeping through. Water will drain down the backside of the liner and into the interior drainage system, where it will be directed to the sump pump and removed from the home through discharge lines.
To protect this home from water pooling around the foundation and the risk of basement flooding, we buried a downspout with a LawnScape Outlet. The outlet lays flush to the ground to prevent tripping or mowing hazards.
