Customers house is on a monolithic slab, and there was a significant crack at the rear corner of the residence. To repair these issues our team installed our foundation pier system. 

The foundation pier system helps by providing additional support to the foundation, stabilizing the structure, and preventing further settlement or movement. This will address issues such as cracks and other structural problems caused by unstable soil or foundation settlement.

A compromised crawl space caused the floors above to sag. Our team permanently stabilized the floor using our SmartJack System. 

Using our NexusPro Crack Repair solution, this customers concrete was restored and sealed. 

Josh called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in hopes that we could fix his garage concrete slab that was cracking from the slab settling instead of having to replace the entire slab. Our wonderful inspector Graham Moore met with Josh and found that we could fix the slab with our PolyLevel System, which would be a lot cheaper then replacement of the slap. Our crew leader George Herring and helper Jeremy Fisher used our PolyLevel System to raise the slab back level and was able to fix the cracks in the concrete.
