Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick met with Phillip to go over the crawl space of the home and find the best solution to fix his home. Ezra contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair, she had a company previously fix her home of sagging floor but was still experiencing problems with the floors sagging. The previous contact tried to stabilize the floors just using a deck block and a piece of wood standing up. We removed the wood and deck block and replaced them with our adjustable, galvanized coating SmartJack System. Ezra is happy to finally have the floors in her home level thanks to Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair.

William contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about sagging floors, moisture, and mold issues at his home in Shannon, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with William and showing him what was found during the inspection, Derek proposed Mold Remediation for the mold issue, and to encapsulate for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the sagging floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Our crew led by Joshua, first went in and done the Mold X remediation, and then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System.
