Our crew, led by Jason Hines, replaced 24 sister joist, because they had rotted, and installed 2 SmartJacks and a Steel Beam to lift the floor back to level and stabilize the floor. Erin contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to high moisture levels in the crawl space of her home in Clinton, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Erin to go over her issues to find the best possible solution. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space off from moisture that can cause wood rot and mold in the crawl space.

Claude contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues within the crawl space of the home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Claude to go over the crawl space to find the best solution to fix the problems of the home.

Justin found that the moisture issues of the home were entering from the earth's ground along with the open vent allowing water to intrude into space when it rained. The best solution would be to seal off the vents and the area from the earth's ground with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. 

Our crew lead by Pedro Mateo installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing off the area and removing the old falling insulation we are able to prevent problems such as mold, mildew, and dust mites, making it a cleaner and healthier environment for the home. 

Ben contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to floor issues that he ran into when he was in the process of having hardwood floors installed. Due to excess moisture in the crawl space, it had softened the wood and started to break down, the best solution to fixing the issues so that the new flooring could be installed would be to encapsulate the crawl space from moisture that was the biggest problem and next would be to install the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By combining both of the systems, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair was able to level the floors so that Ben could have the new hardwood floors installed.

We scheduled for one of our design specialist, Todd to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space.  After the inspection, Todd proposed clean space liner and mold remediation.
