Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair replaced Cecil's door in Pink Hill, NC with one our custom built door that this customer absolutely loves.
John contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after seeing us at a home show. John was interested in having his crawl space door replaced with our custom crawl space door. Jason Hines installed the custom door. John is happy with the new clean crawl space door that replaced his old one.
Justin contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he knew he needed more attic insulation in the attic of his home. During the summer months, his family could feel the heat coming down from the attic of the home.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon Walters met with Justin to go over this attic to find the best solution to help with the heat.
Our crew installed The Attic System Cellulose Insulation. The cellulose insulation that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair installs is environmentally friendly comprised primarily of recycled newspaper. It is also treated with a non- toxic borate solution that gives the material a class-1 safety rating which is the highest available. It can also be blown over the top of existing insulation making it a great choice for the attic of the home.

One of our design specialist, Justin went out and inspected the crawl space. After the inspection, Justin sat down with Christopher and proposed the best solution for his home repair needs which is to have an encapsulation..
Our crew went in and installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, and by doing that will help to seal moisture and restrain the water from entering the crawl space that causes problems such as wood rot, mold and mildew.

Mrs. Michelle contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about sagging floors, rotten wood, mold, and moisture issues at her home in Pink Hill, NC.
SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Patrick to go out and do an inspection of the home. After the inspection, Patrick met with Michelle to go over what he proposed. With all the mold, wood rot,sagging floors, and moisture issues, Patrick found that the best solution would be to have smart jacks, supp beam, joist assist brackets, replace main beam, and to encapsulate the crawl space.
Our crew led by Pedro, went in and first started with the Mold Remediation, then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, and last they worked on Stabilizing the floors.
