Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Richard contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about problems with a sunken concrete porch at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection .Derek found that the porch was starting to sink from a void under the porch and the best solution would be to inject the PolyLevel Injection System to fill the void, stabilize the porch, and raise it back.

To restore and level this homeowners concrete driveway our crew injected PolyLevel foam beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion. The NexusPro crack repair solution was used to seal the slab and protect it from damage caused by soil compaction and washout.

Josh called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in hopes that we could fix his garage concrete slab that was cracking from the slab settling instead of having to replace the entire slab. Our wonderful inspector Graham Moore met with Josh and found that we could fix the slab with our PolyLevel System, which would be a lot cheaper then replacement of the slap. Our crew leader George Herring and helper Jeremy Fisher used our PolyLevel System to raise the slab back level and was able to fix the cracks in the concrete. Dennis contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair complaining that the back porch of his home in Hope Mills, NC had sunken about 2 inches. We were able to help Dennis by using the PolyLevel System to stabilize and lift the concrete back level.  The PolyLevel System combines an already proven technique of concrete lifting with a specially engineered two part expanding foam that makes it possible to permanently restore and level the concrete with very little downtime and disruption.

Dana of Goldsboro, NC called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to inquire about our PolyLevel System to raise his front concrete porch of his home. Southeast inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Dana and found that we could indeed fix his home with our PolyLevel System. Our crew, led by George Herring, was able to raise Dana's front porch back to original condition. Dana is now happy to have his beautiful porch back level.
