Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Jeffrey contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about this sagging floors at his home in Fayetteville, NC. Southeast's owner Chris Hunter met with Jeffrey to find out what was causing Jeffrey's floors to sag. Jeffrey had a high amount of moisture in his call space which has over time caused the structural beams of the home to start to give. Chris suggested that Southeast come in and do a full CleanSpace Encapsulation to the crawl space of the home. Then, we would come back with our Smart Jack System to stabilize the structural beams to level the floors of the home out from years of neglect. Jeffrey is happy to not only have a healthier home, but level floors again.

Fletcher contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repiar because he could not understand why he had standing water under his home after having a vapor barrier installed a few year eariler. SEFR inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Fletcher about his vapor barrier and explained why he was still experiencing problems even after have the barrier installed. Our crew led by Ricky Warren replaced the vapor barrier with our CleanSpace Encapsulation Systems to seal off the crawl space from any water entering the area using our 20 mil liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX Dehumidifer. Fletcher is overcome with joy to have a dry crawl space.

Aaron contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about mold and mildew growth caused by moisture damage in the crawl space of the home.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Aaron to go over the crawl space and find the best solution to fix his problem.

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. By sealing the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation we are able to seal moisture causing problems from entering the crawl space which causes problems such as mold and mildew.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Aaron to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for fixing the crawl space. Justin found that the crawl space had a high moisture content that needed to be addressed.

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal out the moisture from the crawl space and keep the moisture from the organic wood.

James contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about bouncy floors, moisture, and mold issues at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Patrick to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with James and showing him what was found during the inspection, Patrick proposed Mold X Remediation for the mold issue, to encapsulate for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the bouncy floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Our crew lead by Pedro, first went in and done the Mold X remediation, and then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By pairing the two systems, SEFR can address the issues of the bouncy floors by stabilizing the floors back to their original position and  seals the crawl space from moisture and mold issues.
