Our crew lead by Ronald installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Repair System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System.  By pairing the two systems, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair can address the issues of the sinking floors by stabilizing and raising the floors back to their original position. SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with William and showing him what was found during the inspection, Derek proposed Mold Remediation for the mold issue, and to encapsulate for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the sagging floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Our crew led by Joshua, first went in and done the Mold X remediation, and then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. Bryan had a high moisture issues and nasty crawl space in his home in Parkton, NC. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to remedy the issue by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space from the outside earth, and installing a dehumidifier and sump sump we are able to protect the crawl space from high moisture levels and humidity.

Joe contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having concernes about the vapor barrier that was installed in the crawl space of the home. We where able to replace the vapor barrier with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System getting rid of the clear 6 mil liner and replacing it with our CleanSpace Liner.

Annette contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because after a recent home inspection, Annette had been alerted that the moisture level in the crawl space was high. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System which seals the crawl space from the earth's ground. Along with installing the liner that seals the crawl space, we also added a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space dry  Additionally, we also installed a Smart Sump Pump System to get rid of any moisture in the crawl space.
