Charles contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture level in the crawl space of his home. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, we were able to seal off the crawl space using the super durable 20mil thick, 7 layer polyethylene composition with a polyester cord liner to reduce the moisture and humidity in the crawl space.

This customer in Hampstead, NC wanted a new crawl space door installed after having the crawl space encapsulated with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. All crawl space doors that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair install are custom to each home made of PVC. The PVC doors are a great addition due to the anti- corrosive and the moisture- resistant that each door has. 

The floor above this Hampstead, NC crawlspace was sagging as a result of inadequate stabilization and support. We resolved this problem by installing SmartJack crawl space stabilizing posts. With the posts installed, the sagging was eliminated, providing a solid foundation for the floors above.

The crawl space went from wet to dry and healthy with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation system.
