Melinda is a existing customer of Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. We previously went out to her home and encapsulated her crawlspace to prevent moisture issues in her home in Ellerbe, NC.

Then she started having some issues with her floors squeaking, not stable and weak in some spots and she gave us a call here at SEFR and we scheduled her an appointment for Todd, one of our design specialist to go out and do an inspection of her foundation. Upon Todd inspecting her foundation he found that her floors were weak, squeaky and not stable, and after speaking with Melinda he proposed Smart Jacks and a steel beam to help with her home repair needs.

In this customer's crawl space, we provided permanent stabilization and prevented future support loss by installing a steel supplemental beam and SmartJack Support Posts. 

This homeowner struggled with sagging floors above their crawl space due to support posts that weren't providing adequate support. To permanently support, lift, and level the sagging floors, we removed the existing posts and installed our SmartJack Support System. 

Teresa called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the bricks around her home were starting the crack and she wanted to know if there was an underlining cause. Southeast Foundation's inspector Justin Edwards met with Teresa to go over her home. Justin found that the bricks on her home were cracking due to the home settlement and that the best solution would be to stabilize the foundation with the Push Pier System. Our crew installed the Push Pier System stabilizing the foundation and was able to lift the home back to its original position. One of our design specialists, Justin E., inspected the home. After the inspection, Justin proposed that having Smart Jacks installed to help with the floors in the home.

Our crew led by Austin H., installed the Smart Jack System to help stabilize the floors in the 1917 old Farmhouse.
