The concrete slab had sunk about an inch. We injected PolyLevel foam to lift and stabilize quickly and effectively. 

The floor above sagged due to excessive moisture in the customer's crawl space. Moisture had damaged the floor joists, causing the floor to become unstable. The customer wished to permanently stabilize the sagging floor and bring it back to level. Our solution was to install SmartJack Support Posts and a steel supplemental beam in the crawl space below the sagging floors.

Milton contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the had high moisture level along when it rained, water would collect at one end of the home and he wanted the best solution to fix the crawl space of his home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Milton and found the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Our crew removed the hold fiberglass insulation and installed the CleanSpace System. By doing to we are able to get rid of Milton water issues. Milton is thrilled with the outcome of his crawl space and the work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to fix his home.

One of our design specialists, Brannon went and inspected the attic. After the inspection, Brannon met with Ricky to go over what he proposed to be the best solution for his attic, which is to have the old insulation removed and new put in along with sealing off the attic.

Our crew led by Austin, went in and installed the Cellulose Insulation, SilverGlo & Rim Joist Insulation, and Attic Air Sealing.
