We mechanically fasten CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout this crawl space to stop moisture from seeping into this crawl space.
High moisture levels in this crawl space resulted in rotten floor joist and insufficient support for the floor above. We removed the damaged floor joists and replaced it with new lumber. SmartJack support posts were then secured with heavy-duty brackets to stabilize and lift the floor above to a level position.
