Matthew contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair with concern of moisture issues at his home in New Bern, NC.
Andy, one of our design specialists went out and inspected the home. After the inspection, Andy proposed that having the crawlspace encapsulated would help control the moisture.
Our crew led by Kevin H., started by removing the insulation and debris. Next they sealed the vents and installed 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo Insulation, Wrap Piers, SandiDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet.
Matthew was ecstatic with the work SEFR did to help protect His American Dream.
Andy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair after researching ways to help with the moisture issue in the crawlspace at his home in New Bern, NC.
SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy P., to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection Andy P. met with the homeowner to go over what he proposed for the crawlspace which is to have a partial encapsulation.
Our crew led by Kevin T., first started by removing the debris and old insulation. Next they installed 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, Wrap Piers, Seal Wall Piers, SilverGlo Insulation, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Condensate Pump, and Custom Crawl Space Door made from PVC so it doesn't rust.
Andy was very pleased with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.
To create an air tight and waterproof barrier between this customers crawl space and outside, an EverLast Crawl Space Door was installed.
Inadequate support in the crawl space and foundation settlement caused exterior cracks on the house's foundation. In order to provide permanent stabilization and lift, we installed SmartJack Support Posts.
