Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Myron contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about cracking brick underneath the car port of his home where a small storage space was located. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Myron to go over the best solution to fix the cracking brick. Chris found that part of the car port slab that had the small storage area had started to sink, causing the area to start to crack. Our crew, led by George Herring, used our PolyLevel Injection System to raise the slab of the car port causing the bricks to come back together. Myron is extremely happy with the work and the fix to his rental home in Jacksonville, NC.

Alan contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about standing water and fallen insulation in the crawl space of this home. Southeast Foundation inspector Ben Daniels met with Alan and found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space from the earth ground, water and other natural elements that could be detrimental to the health of the home. The home had high moisture issues that needed to be addressed along, mold issues and extensive wood damage caused by the high moisture levels. Our insepctor Graham Moore met with Bruce and his sister to go over the problems found and the best solution to fix the home. Dan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed a moisture problem that he believed was causing mold and wood rot at his home in Jacksonville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy met with Dan to go over the crawl space of the home. Andy found that Dan did indeed have a moisture issue that and started to show the beginning signs of mold damage along with wood rot. We installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to make the crawl space a healthy part of the home.
