To create an air tight and waterproof barrier between this customers crawl space and outside, an EverLast Crawl Space Door was installed. 

Inadequate support in the crawl space and foundation settlement caused exterior cracks on the house's foundation. In order to provide permanent stabilization and lift, we installed SmartJack Support Posts. 

We installed the SmartJack Support Post System to permanently stabilize, lift, and level the sagging floor above this crawl space. 

Sometimes, crawl space support pillars are built on soils that are not strong enough to support the weight of your home. Over time, these supports will begin to sink into the soil. As they do, the floor they hold up will sink as well, leading to uneven floors and interior wall cracking. This homeowners crawl space supports sunk and caused the floor to sag and gaps to form at the wall floor joint. To provide permanent support, lift and level the floor back to its original position, we installed SmartJack Support Posts in the crawl space. Once installed, the floors were not longer sagging and the gaps were completely closed!
