Joel contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after hearing a noise down in the crawl space. When he went to investigate he found that the crawl space of the Jacksonville, NC home was in disarray with standing puddles of water, sagging insulation and an old vapor barrier littering the ground. Our crew lead by Pedro installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. First, they started off by removing the old insulation that was soaked with moisture and removed the old vapor barrier that was littering the ground. Next, they installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels transferring the insulation barrier to the outer parts of the crawl space. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Liner along with a Sedona Dehumidifier and a Smart Sump to help keep the crawl space free of moisture.
