CleanSpace vapor was installed throughout the crawl space floor to prevent moisture from seeping through. 

Anton contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after realizing that the thin vapor barrier in the crawl space was no longer protecting his home from moisture and humidity causing musty odors and mold issues.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced the old, thin and failing vapor barrier with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Unlike the old 6mil liner vapor barrier the CleanSpace System is a 20 mil thick liner with antimicrobial properties built in to prevent mold and mildew growth. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to separate the problem of the earth's ground from entering the home.

Jeff contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because part of his porch had started to sink and wanted to know if the PolyLevel System would raise his porch back to the original setting.
