Louis contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned over the high moisture level under the home. Louis previously had a vapor barrier installed by his exterminator however the problem still existed. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Louis about the best solution for this home. It was found that the previous vapor barrier just did not seal the crawl space properly allow moisture from the ground to escape. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, a SaniDry CX  and a Smart Sump. Louis is happy to have his home encapsulated properly.

Myron contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about cracking brick underneath the car port of his home where a small storage space was located. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Myron to go over the best solution to fix the cracking brick. Chris found that part of the car port slab that had the small storage area had started to sink, causing the area to start to crack. Our crew, led by George Herring, used our PolyLevel Injection System to raise the slab of the car port causing the bricks to come back together. Myron is extremely happy with the work and the fix to his rental home in Jacksonville, NC.

Alan contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about standing water and fallen insulation in the crawl space of this home. Southeast Foundation inspector Ben Daniels met with Alan and found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space from the earth ground, water and other natural elements that could be detrimental to the health of the home. Alan is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to fix the crawl space of this home.

Bruce contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to help repair his sisters home in Jacksonville, NC. The home had high moisture issues that needed to be addressed along, mold issues and extensive wood damage caused by the high moisture levels. Our insepctor Graham Moore met with Bruce and his sister to go over the problems found and the best solution to fix the home. We sealed of the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System from the earths ground that was causing the issues in the crawl space.
