Dan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed a moisture problem that he believed was causing mold and wood rot at his home in Jacksonville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy met with Dan to go over the crawl space of the home. Andy found that Dan did indeed have a moisture issue that and started to show the beginning signs of mold damage along with wood rot. We installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to make the crawl space a healthy part of the home.
When Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did a CleanSpace Encapsulation System after the crawl space was completed we installed a Turtlcrawl Space Entry System. The great thing about the Turle is that it protect the crawl space from moisture and water damage that will never rot, rust or need painting.

The inspector told him that he had a wood rot issue caused by standing water in the crawl space and that he needs to get that fixed. Deborah contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about a sunken concrete driveway slab at her home in Jacksonville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with Deborah to go over the issue and find the best solution.
Ben found that the concrete slab had settled over time and that it was a good candidate to fix with the PolyLevel Injection System.
The Polylevel Injection System is a state of the art approach to repairing sunken concrete slabs like what Deborah was experiencing by utilizing a high- density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise the slab back to the desired level.
