Dan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed a moisture problem that he believed was causing mold and wood rot at his home in Jacksonville, NC. Andy found that Dan did indeed have a moisture issue that and started to show the beginning signs of mold damage along with wood rot. Ben found that the concrete slab had settled over time and that it was a good candidate to fix with the PolyLevel Injection System. 

The Polylevel Injection System is a state of the art approach to repairing sunken concrete slabs like what Deborah was experiencing by utilizing a high- density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise the slab back to the desired level.
