Michael contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture issues within the crawl space of his home in Southport, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialist, Brannon  to go out and do an inspection. After the inspection, Brannon met with Michael to discuss what he found and what would be the best solution for his crawl space. Brannon proposed for Michael to have an encapsulation done.

By installing the Clean Space Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to control the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and the ground.

As the joists in the crawl space sag due to age, moisture, mold, or pest damage, the floors above them will also sag. It results in uneven or "bouncy" floors in the living area. This Leland, NC homeowner had issues with the floor sagging and needed a permanent solution.
