When Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did a CleanSpace Encapsulation System after the crawl space was completed we installed a Turtlcrawl Space Entry System. The inspector told him that he had a wood rot issue caused by standing water in the crawl space and that he needs to get that fixed. Ben found that the concrete slab had settled over time and that it was a good candidate to fix with the PolyLevel Injection System. 

The Polylevel Injection System is a state of the art approach to repairing sunken concrete slabs like what Deborah was experiencing by utilizing a high- density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise the slab back to the desired level.

They then installed the Smart Sump Sump Pump System along with the Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry.
