Arthur contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed falling insulation in the crawl space where he recently had work done. He had been experiencing some sagging floors and noticed that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair might be able to help. Our inspector Maurice Robinson met with Dan to go over the issues he was experiencing to find the best solution to the problem. Maurice found that Dan's problems were coming from a moisture issue in the crawl space that had caused the wood to soften. Chris found due to heavy moisture content in the crawl space the wood had become soft and had begun to give.
