Sarah contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about her attic insulation and encapsulating her crawl space in Wilmington, NC. We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Brannon to go out and do an inspection. 

After the inspection, Brannon met with Sarah to go over what he proposed, which was to remove the old and replace with new insulation and to encapsulate the crawl space. Sarah was very pleased with the proposal and was ready to move forward.

Our crew led by Austin , first installed the Cellulose Attic Insulation and then encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. With these done together it will help lower their electric bill and add storage space.

This home in Wilmington had a porch with concrete slabs that were sinking, causing a tripping hazard.  With PolyLEVEL, we were able to life the porch slabs back to level, creating a smooth walking surface again.  Homeowner was happy with the result and said "Very professional crew, great job".
