LeRoy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with issues of moisture, mold and cracked floor joists that was noticed during a home inspection.
Jeremie, one of our design specialists, inspected the crawl space and proposed having mold remediation and to encapsulate would be the best solution for the home.
Our crew led by Pedro, first started by doing the mold remediation using Mold X. Next they installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, by sealing vents, 10 Mil Liner, wrap piers, SandiDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and Condensate Pump.

Carolyn contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of a musty smell at her home in Wilmington, NC.
Chris, one of our design specialists, inspected the home. After the inspection, Chris met with Carolyn and explained to her that the musty smell was caused by the high moisture in her crawl space and he proposed to encapsulate the area.
Our crew led by Kevin T., installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. This will help control the moisture and eliminate the musty smell.

Beatriz contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about replacing the insulation in the attic of her home in Wilmington, NC.
One of our design specialists, Brannon, went out and inspected the attic. After the inspection, Brannon proposed to have the old insulation removed and to replace it with SilverGlo Insulation. By doing so it will lower on their electric bill and help keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Our crew led by Austin H., first removed all the old insulation. Next they sealed the attic, installed the SilverGlo Insulation, and Can Light Covers.

Melissa contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about moisture issues and the floors cupping at her home in Wilmington, NC.
One of our design specialists, Jeremie, inspected the home. Upon the inspection, Jeremie proposed to have the crawl space encapsulated and that will help with the moisture issue which is causing the floors to cup in certain spots.

Stuart contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our company vehicles in his neighborhood with concerns of standing water in the crawlspace of his home in Wilmington, NC
Maurice, one of our design specialists, went out and inspected the crawlspace. After the inspection, Maurice met with Stuart to go over what he proposed would help with the standing water. Stuart liked all that Maurice offered and was ready to move forward with the proposal.
SEFR crew led by Jose H., removed all debris and tucked insulation back up. Next they installed, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, 10 mil CleanSpace liner on the ground and up the side of the walls, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet. This system will help keep the crawlspace dry and healthy.
