By sealing off the crawl space from the earth's ground and regulating the temperature to match that of the rest of the home, we are able to control the moisture level from entering the home.

Using SmartJack stabilizing posts, we corrected the sagging and sloping floors above the crawl space. The areas that needed additional support were reinforced with steel supplemental beams. This allowed us to level the floors and distribute the load evenly, ensuring the stability and longevity of the structure.
