Betty contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having a termite inspection that had indicated that she had the first signs of wood rot and that they high moisture issues needed to be addressed to stop the wood from rotting any further and to protect the wood that had not been effected yet. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to seal the area from moisture entering from the earth's ground. Betty is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect her American Dream.
Dawn contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about a home she is remodeling. The floors are sagging and separating, and the crawlspace is soaked at her home in Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
Maurice, a design specialist for SEFR, inspected the home. After the inspection, Maurice met with Dawn to go over what he found. There was high moisture levels, mold and a lot of wood rot. Maurice proposed to have SmartJacks installed to stabilize the floors and to encapsulate the crawl space to keep it dry and rid of moisture and mold.
Our crew led by Pedro, first started by removing all debris and insulation. Next, they replaced floor joist. Lastly, they installed the Smart Jack & CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.
Dawn was very happy with the work SEFR did to help protect her American Dream.
