John called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about having a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space of his home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with John to go over the best action to take for the results that John wanted for his crawl space. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX. John is extreamly happy with the work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did.
Mr. C called Southeast Froundation and Crawl Space repair because part of the slab in his home had begun to sink when another company dug out and moved dirt for a retaining wall. We suggested Polylevel to fix his home. Now the customer is happy with the results.
Cori contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the slab of her home had started to sink and settle, separating the slab from the rest of the home. Our inspector Ben Daniels met with Cori and found that the PolyLevel System could stabilize and raise the foundation of her home back to where it was supposed to be. The PolyLevel System is a state of the art approach to repairing sunken concrete slabs that combines the original concept of mudjacking and combines it with modern knowledge and technology. Rather than using a mixture of concrete and mud, the PolyLevel System utilizes high density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise the slab of the home back to the desired level. Cori was glad that she called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to fix her home the right way.
