Clarence contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about having someone come take a look at his home because he had standing water in his crawl space. Clarence had started to notice the effects of the standing water because his insulation was falling and he noticed mold growth on the wood under the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Clarence to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The crew led by Jason Hines installed our full encapsulation system which included our 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silver Glo, Smart Sump, and SaniDry CX dehumidifer.
