We installed our SmartJack Support System in this crawl space of a customer to lift and level the floor that had sunk into the ground due to inadequate support. With the SmartJacks in place, the floor is leveled and the home is secure!  

This beach house in Oak Island, NC was experiencing high moisture levels. Without CleanSpace System we where able to bring the moisture level down to a healthy level to prevent mold and mildew from thriving under this home.

We were able to get rid of the musty smell by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with a Sedona Dehumidifier. Blake contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed a slight slop in the floors of his home in Oak Island, NC. Our inspector Ben Daniels met with Blake to go over the problems that he was experiencing. Ben found that due to moisture issues in the crawl space that the slop in the floor was caused by degenration in the moisture wood and the best solution would be to install the Smart Jack Stablazation System along with a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep moisture out of the crawl space. 

Corkey contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he lived close to the beach and he was experiencing high moisture issues in the crawl space of his home. We where able to help Corkey by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System in the crawl space to seal off the home from moisture entering and causing problems usually caused by moisture issues like falling insulation, mold and musty smells.
