Daniel contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after inheriting his family home, he noticed that a weird smell was coming from the crawl space and that it had not been there before. We where able to help Daniel by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, to seal off the crawl space from moisture and to lower the humidity that was causing the weird smell that it was causing.

Our crew removed the old degrading vapor barrier and replaced it with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Unlike the previous thin liner the CleanSpace Liner is a thick and durable antimicrobial liner that prevents mold and mildew frowth. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System completely seals the crawl space from the floor to the wall, separating the home from the exposed dirt below. SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Justin to go out and do an inspection of the home. Upon the inspection, Justin met with Jay to go over what he proposed which would be to encapsulate the crawl space and push piers. By installing the CleanSpace  Encapsulation System, we are able to seal troublesome moisture from causing mold, mildew and musty odors, and the Push Piers will attempt to lift the foundation to help with the sticking doors & windows, and cracks on the exterior and interior walls.
