Donnie contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing our commercial on WECT TV with concerns of water in the crawlspace at his home in Lumberton, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Todd, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Todd met with Donnie to go over what he proposed would be the best solution for his home.  This customer lives close by the river and it floods the crawlspace. 

Our crew led by Austin H., installed 10 Mil and 20Mil Liner, Wrap Piers, EZ Flow, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet. This will help keep the crawlspace dry.

Donnie was pleased with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.

Our SmartJack System was installed in this customers crawl space to lift, level, and stabilize this homeowners sagging floor. 

SilverGlo insulation board was permanently fastened to the walls in this homeowner's crawl space. The insulation board was designed to provide better insulation and help reduce energy costs. The installation was quick and easy and the results were immediate. The homeowner was extremely satisfied with the results.
