Jack contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space of his home had high humidity and he had already had sagging floor issues do to the floor joist rotting. We were able to rid the crawl space of the high moisture levels by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System seals off the crawl space from the outside elements and water entering the crawl space from the ground. With the help of the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier System and the SmartSump Sump Pump System we are able to lower the humidity and moisture in the crawl space. Jill had HVAC problem and wanted to have her crawl space encapsulated before having the HVAC come out and fix the duct work of the home. Justin found that even though the crawl space had an old vapor barrier installed the crawl space was not sealed that was causing problems with high humidity and standing water on one side of the home.
