Patty called Southeast because she was interested in getting a vapor barrier for her home on White Lake. Inspector Justin Edwards met with Patty to go over the best solution since she lives on a naturally moist area. Our crew led by Jason Hines installed our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 20 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silver Glow, Smart Sump and a SaniDry CX to keep the moisture from the lake from affecting the home. Douglas contacted us about having someone come take a look at his home because he had standing water in his crawl space. Douglas had started to notice the effects of the standing water because his insulation was falling and he noticed mold growth on the wood under the home. Doris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because she had noticed a really bad smell in the kitchen area of the home and she was worried about mold being present in the crawl space of her home. RJ found that the crawl space of the home did have high moisture levels in the crawl space and the wood of the crawl space was saturated with water causing problems with how to floors sat in the home. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, which gets rid of moisture and high humidity in the crawl space.
