Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Ray contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concern of falling insulation, water standing and moisture issues in the crawl space of his home in Warsaw, NC.

Maurice, one of our design specialists went out and inspected the home. Upon the inspection he proposed that they encapsulate the crawl space to control the standing water and moisture issue.

Our crew led by Kevin T.,  installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which consists of first removing debris and insulation, then sealing off the vents. Next they installed Cleanspace 10 mil liner, wrap piers, and Siverglo insulation. Last they installed the Smart Sump Sump, Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, discharge line and Lawnscape outlet.

Patty called Southeast because she was interested in getting a vapor barrier for her home on White Lake. Inspector Justin Edwards met with Patty to go over the best solution since she lives on a naturally moist area. Our crew led by Jason Hines installed our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 20 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silver Glow, Smart Sump and a SaniDry CX to keep the moisture from the lake from affecting the home. Patty is happy with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair produced.

Douglas contacted us about having someone come take a look at his home because he had standing water in his crawl space. Douglas had started to notice the effects of the standing water because his insulation was falling and he noticed mold growth on the wood under the home. Inspector Randy Johnson met with Douglas to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The crew led by Jason Hines installed our full encapsulation system which included our 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silver Glo, Smart Sump, and SaniDry CX dehumidifer. Douglas is a happy customer with his Clean Space Encapsulation System.

Doris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because she had noticed a really bad smell in the kitchen area of the home and she was worried about mold being present in the crawl space of her home. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed to lower the humidity in the crawl space to get rid of the musty smell on the first floor of her home.

Matthew contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having flooring issues and thought that the flooring issues where caused by high moisture levels in the crawl space of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey met with Matthew and his wife Ana no find out what was causing the issues with the home. RJ found that the crawl space of the home did have high moisture levels in the crawl space and the wood of the crawl space was saturated with water causing problems with how to floors sat in the home. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, which gets rid of moisture and high humidity in the crawl space. Matthew was happy that he went with Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for all of his crawl space needs.
