Mold and rot thrive in humid, damp, or flooded crawl spaces. There are a variety of insects that feed on organic materials in your crawl space, including termites, carpenter ants, wood-eating beetles, and other damaging insects. Eventually, deteriorating wood will no longer support your home, causing significant structural damage. For permanent stabilization, SmartJack Support Posts are the best solution.
