One of our design specialist, Justin went out and inspected the crawl space. After the inspection, Justin sat down with Christopher and proposed the best solution for his home repair needs which is to have an encapsulation..
Our crew went in and installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, and by doing that will help to seal moisture and restrain the water from entering the crawl space that causes problems such as wood rot, mold and mildew.

Mrs. Michelle contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about sagging floors, rotten wood, mold, and moisture issues at her home in Pink Hill, NC.
SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Patrick to go out and do an inspection of the home. After the inspection, Patrick met with Michelle to go over what he proposed. With all the mold, wood rot,sagging floors, and moisture issues, Patrick found that the best solution would be to have smart jacks, supp beam, joist assist brackets, replace main beam, and to encapsulate the crawl space.
Our crew led by Pedro, went in and first started with the Mold Remediation, then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, and last they worked on Stabilizing the floors.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Inspector Graham Moore met with Robert to go over how our CleanSpace Encapsulation System would lower the humidity level in the crawl space of the home with our winning products. Charles contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he was interested in having a vapor barrier system installed in his crawl space in Dover, NC. The tall crawl space did not have a previous vapor barrier installed allowing moisture and high humidity to roam free though out the crawl space. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the outside world and the earth's ground, add SilverGlo Insulation Panels to the foundation walls and installed a dehumidifier to lower the humidity and the sump pump to get rid of any water out of the crawl space.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Mr. Andy to go out and inspect the crawl space. After the inspection, Andy met with Bettie to go over what he proposed was the best solution. He explained to them that we must encapsulate and remove all the insulation prior to even thinking about the structural issues because the moisture is the root of the cause.
Our crew led by EJ, went in and removed all the insulation and then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing this system it will help control the moisture and add storage to free up space in there garage or storage building.
