Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The floor above sagged due to excessive moisture in the customer's crawl space. Moisture had damaged the floor joists, causing the floor to become unstable. The customer wished to permanently stabilize the sagging floor and bring it back to level. Our solution was to install SmartJack Support Posts and a steel supplemental beam in the crawl space below the sagging floors.

Milton contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the had high moisture level along when it rained, water would collect at one end of the home and he wanted the best solution to fix the crawl space of his home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Milton and found the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Our crew removed the hold fiberglass insulation and installed the CleanSpace System. By doing to we are able to get rid of Milton water issues. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced an old crawl space door after encapsulating a crawl space with a Turtl Crawl Space Entry System. The benefits of installing the Turtl Access system is that it protects the crawl space from unwanted moisture and pest, keeps out rain and debris, it is immune to mold and moisture damage and that it is maintenance-free.
