The floor above sagged due to excessive moisture in the customer's crawl space. Moisture had damaged the floor joists, causing the floor to become unstable. The customer wished to permanently stabilize the sagging floor and bring it back to level. Our solution was to install SmartJack Support Posts and a steel supplemental beam in the crawl space below the sagging floors.

Milton contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the had high moisture level along when it rained, water would collect at one end of the home and he wanted the best solution to fix the crawl space of his home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Milton and found the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Our crew removed the hold fiberglass insulation and installed the CleanSpace System. By doing to we are able to get rid of Milton water issues. The Crawl Space of the home had a lot of falling insulation and debris, we removed all of the debris and leveled out the area before installing the CleanSpace Liner on the ground. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump Sump Pump System.
