Cliff contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space of his home had standing water after having another company install just a sump pump. We where able to help Cliff by sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and installing a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier and a SmartSump Sump Pump System. Grant contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to a high moisture problems for a few years. After trying several times to remedy the problem and never could find a solution. After having to replace floor joist and insulation due to moisture damage.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Grant to go over the issue to find the best solution to fix the best solution. 

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. By sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation, we are able to seal off the crawl space with the 20 mil thick, 7- layer polyethylene liner.
