Deborah contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about standing water in the crawl space of her home in Jacksonville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon Walters met with Deborah to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution to fix her problems.
Brannon found that even though Deborah had a vapor barrier installed water was pooling within the crawl space and that the wood was absorbing the moisture causing problems with the woodwork in the home.
Pedro and crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from the water that was pooling and standing in the crawl space. We also installed a Sedona Dehumidifier to retrieve the moisture that the wood had absorbed that could eventually cause problems with wood rot and mold.
Deborah is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect her home.

Our crew was able to help Angela by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with a sump pump system to remedy the standing water issue and a Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry. Louis contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned over the high moisture level under the home. Louis previously had a vapor barrier installed by his exterminator however the problem still existed. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Louis about the best solution for this home. It was found that the previous vapor barrier just did not seal the crawl space properly allow moisture from the ground to escape. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, a SaniDry CX and a Smart Sump. Louis is happy to have his home encapsulated properly.
