Dora contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair complaining that water was entering the basement of her home and she did not know where it was coming from. Dora's home had both a crawl space and a basement. Although the basement was finished, whenever it rained the basement would flood. She wanted the best solution to fix the problems she was having. Deborah contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about a sunken concrete driveway slab at her home in Jacksonville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with Deborah to go over the issue and find the best solution.

Ben found that the concrete slab had settled over time and that it was a good candidate to fix with the PolyLevel Injection System. 

The Polylevel Injection System is a state of the art approach to repairing sunken concrete slabs like what Deborah was experiencing by utilizing a high- density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise the slab back to the desired level.

David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture in the crawl space of his 20-year-old home in Jacksonville, NC.  Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with David to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for his home.

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, they used the 10 mil, CleanSpace Liner, along with Silverglo to protect the home from moisture and the lose of heating and cooled air. They then installed the Smart Sump Sump Pump System along with the Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry.

Joel contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after hearing a noise down in the crawl space. When he went to investigate he found that the crawl space of the Jacksonville, NC home was in disarray with standing puddles of water, sagging insulation and an old vapor barrier littering the ground. First, they started off by removing the old insulation that was soaked with moisture and removed the old vapor barrier that was littering the ground. Next, they installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels transferring the insulation barrier to the outer parts of the crawl space. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Liner along with a Sedona Dehumidifier and a Smart Sump to help keep the crawl space free of moisture. The floor above this customer's load-bearing interior wall sagged. Our SmartJack Crawl Space Support Posts were installed along with steel supplemental beams for permanent leveling and stabilization. This permanently addressed the problem, ensuring the safety and stability of the customer's home.
