Anthony contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about controlling the moisture in the crawlspace at his home in Rocky Point, NC.

Glenn, one of our design specialists, went out and inspected the home that is a doublewide with brick underpin. Glenn proposed to have a dehumidifier and liner placed in the crawlspace to help with the moisture issues.

Our crew led by Jose H. first started with debris removal. Next they sealed the vents, installed 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and Condensate Pump.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Maurice met with Mr. Tan to go over to crawl space to find the best solution to fix his issues. Maurice found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from moisture entering the home from the earth's ground.
