Alan contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about standing water and fallen insulation in the crawl space of this home. Southeast Foundation inspector Ben Daniels met with Alan and found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space from the earth ground, water and other natural elements that could be detrimental to the health of the home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy met with Dan to go over the crawl space of the home. Andy found that Dan did indeed have a moisture issue that and started to show the beginning signs of mold damage along with wood rot. We installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to make the crawl space a healthy part of the home.

The inspector told him that he had a wood rot issue caused by standing water in the crawl space and that he needs to get that fixed.
