Ross contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair with concerns of mold and moisture in his crawl space at his home in Swansboro, NC.
SEFR scheduled our designed specialist, Andy, to go out and inspect the home. During the inspection, Andy found both high moisture levels and a large amount of mold. Once meeting with Ross, Andy proposed an encapsulation, as well as a dehumidifier. Ross agreed to the project and was thrilled to move forward!
Our crew, led by Pedro, installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to prevent any future mold or humidity levels rising.
Ross was happy with the work SEFR did to Protect his American Dream.
Jennifer called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having standing water issues in the crawl space of her home even after having a vapor barrier system installed a few years prior.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with Jennifer to go over the crawl space. Ben found that indeed a vapor barrier system had been installed it was not very good quality. There were places under the home that the liner was never installed and that the crawl space had never been sealed allowing water to enter the crawl space and just stand on top of the plastic liner.
Our crew started off the project by removing the old plastic liner from the crawl space. They then installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels along the foundation walls, transferring the insulation barrier the floors to along the foundation walls making the crawl space more energy effective. Next, the wrapped the piers with the CleanSpace Liner and rolled the liner out in the crawl space. Next, they attached the piers that were lined to the liner on the ground. And installed a Smart Sump System and Sedona Dehumidifier System to pump out any moisture that was to enter the crawl space
Peter contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about the falling insulation in his crawl space. Peter knew that the falling insulation was caused by high humidity and that high humidity was not a good thing for his home. Even though Peter and his wife already had a vapor barrier installed they where looking for a permit way to fix the home. Our crew led by Larry Eldridge encapsulated the home with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which included a 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, a SmartSump, and a SaniDry CX to keep the humidity at the right amount for the home. Peter and this wife are happy with the amazing out come that we did to fix their home.

Bob contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after doing some research on vapor barriers and was interested in having one installed at his home in Havelock, NC.
