Mr. Bob contract Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair interested in a encapsulation system to prevent moisture issues that can cause problems for his home.
Our crew installed the Cleanspace Encapsulation System using 10 mil Cleanspace liner, Drainage matting, Silverglo, smart sump and Sedona Dehumifier.
Mr. Bob is extremely happy with the work performed by Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to protect his American dream.
This crawl space had high humidity and musty odors caused by moisture leaking through open vents. To prevent future intrusions, we sealed the vent with SilverGlo Insulation.
Dennis contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with falling insulation within the crawl space of his home in Havelock, NC.
We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy to go out and inspect the crawl space. Upon the inspection, Andy met with Dennis to go over what he proposed. Andy found that the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal out the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and from the earth's ground.
Dennis is happy that he contacted SEFR for his home repair needs and protecting his American Dream.
Robert contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns about his crawl space, due to wanting to sell the home.
SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy, to go and inspect the home. Upon inspection Andy proposed to do a mold remediation and an encapsulation to help get rid of the mold and to control the moisture.
Our crew led by Jose H., first completed the mold remediation and then encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This will help with controlling the mold and moisture issues that he had.
Robert was happy with the work SEFR did to help make selling his home a success.
Glenn contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair with concerns of sagging floors, moisture, and wood rot in the crawlspace at his home in Havelock, NC.
SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy, to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection, Andy met with Glenn to go over what he found and proposed which is to have the Smart Jack System installed. Glenn was excited and ready to get the ball rolling.
Our crew led by Pedro, installed the Smart Jack System. There is a section of the floor in the crawlspace that drops down where the living room is. Inside of the house its a literal step down living room. In the section where it drops down we are removing the section beam that is closest to the front foundation wall. It is 19' long and we are removing it, sistering (6)15' joists, and then in the beams place we are installing 20' of steel beam and 4 Smart Jacks. There is a wall that separates the kitchen from the living room and under that wall there are two beams about 2ft apart. We are keeping both of those beams in place, but we are installing Smart Jacks in between the piers on each. We are installing 3 Smart Jacks under each.
Glenn was pleased with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.
