Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Clement contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because even though he had an old vapor barrier installed he was still having problems with moisture in the crawl space of his Wilmington, NC home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Maurice met with Clement to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for his home.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Maurice to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with William and showing him what was found during the inspection, Maurice proposed to encapsulate for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the uneven floors as the best solution to fix her home.

Our crew led by Austin, went in and installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By pairing the two systems, we can address the issues of the uneven floors by stabilizing the floors back to their original position and seals the crawl space from moisture and mold issues.
