Claire contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having old wet insulation removed and replaced along with a dehumidifier installed in the crawl space of her home due to moisture issues. After having the new insulation in for a while she noticed that the insulation was wet again and that the dehumidifier along was not working for her problem.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Jeremie met with Claire to go over the crawl space and find the best solution. Jeremie found that even though Claire had an old vapor barrier installed that the vapor barrier was still allowing moisture into the crawl space and that the only way to prevent the issues that Claire was experiencing would be to encapsulate the crawl space from the earth's ground, replace the old insulation the with the SilverGlo Insulation Panels and install a Dehumidifier designed for the crawl space along with a Sump Pump System.
Claire is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to help protect her home from problems caused by moisture.

This Wilmington, NC crawlspace did not have any protection against moisture. Our crew installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system to completely seal the crawlspace from the earth's ground.
Hicks contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about uneven floors and moisture issues at her home in Wilmington, NC.
SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Maurice to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with William and showing him what was found during the inspection, Maurice proposed to encapsulate for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the uneven floors as the best solution to fix her home.
Our crew led by Austin, went in and installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By pairing the two systems, we can address the issues of the uneven floors by stabilizing the floors back to their original position and seals the crawl space from moisture and mold issues.
Hicks was pleased with the work that SEFR did to protect her American Dream.
