Our crew removed the old falling insulation from the crawl space along with the old vapor barrier. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Maurice found that the crawl space issues weere being caused by excessive moisture coming from the earth's ground, and the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner along with the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and a Smart Sump Sump Pump System. The crew also installed 8 Smart Jacks and a steel beam to stabilize the parts of the crawl space that the wood was damaged to stabilize the floor.
