GeoLock anchors were used to straighten this retaining wall back to its original position. Steel anchors were embedded in stable soil away from the retaining wall using long, galvanized rods. Once in place, the anchor rods are tightened, pulling the wall back to its original position and providing long-term structural stability.
To stabilize and level the bouncy floors above this customers crawl space, we installed our SmartJack Support Post System.
This home fell victim to soil settlement. This caused cracks in the foundation and sticking windows and doors. Our solution: Foundation Push Piers. Our pier system will permanently stabilize the home and help lift back to original position to close cracks and level the structure. When the installation is complete and home is stable, backfill is used to fill the pier location.
