We sealed off the crawl space from outside elements and installed SilverGlo insulation along the walls, drainage matting on the ground, and CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the crawl space to solve this damp crawl space issue.  

 A new EverLast crawl space door was installed to replace the old one. The EverLast crawl space door is made entirely from inorganic plastics and foams and creates an airtight and waterproof barrier between your crawl space and the outside

Jason is now happy to have protection against the rain and any moisture that could enter his crawl space.

This customer in Wilmington, NC had an old crawl space door that was made of wood. Over the years the wood had started to soften causing the wood to start to break down and rotten. By having a door made of PVC the homeowner never has to worry about it breaking down from the elements.
