This customer in Wilmington, NC had the crawl space of their home encapsulated with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. During the inspection process, there was no door to the crawl space, allowing water and pest to enter the crawl space. By adding a Turtl Crawl Space Access well to the home, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is able to protect the crawl space from water and pest entering the home from the crawl space.
Josh T. and his crew encapsulated this customers crawl space to prevent moisture from seeping in and causing damage inside. Part of the solution was to install our CleanSpace EverLast Crawl Space Door. Moisture and critters don't stand a chance coming into the space with this air-tight seal.

This customer in Wilmington, NC had an old crawl space door that was made of wood. Over the years the wood had started to soften causing the wood to start to break down and rotten. After our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to the crawl space of the home, they installed a new door made of PVC board. By having a door made of PVC the homeowner never has to worry about it breaking down from the elements.
